It was good on the whole, the dealership did not have the car color etc we were looking for but they did ed eventually find it. I will never spend another dime at this dealership. Worst customer service ever. This morning I went to the express lane for service. I was the first one at the dealership and got put third in line a Worst customer service ever. This morning I went to the express lane for service. I was the first one at the dealership and got put third in line and I asked how and was told it was because the other two that arrived after me and went into the dealership before they were open were placed in front of me. I said my vehicle is sitting right in front of the first door and I was the first person here and had the respect to wait until you were open because I was told in the past that you open at 7 AM so don’t bother coming in. So today I get put third in line and have a two hour wait and I said xxxx it I am not waiting. I will never spend another dime here. More
