No reported/observed issues with the car during test drive. Get the car home and the rear hatch doesn't open from the outside. I text the guy who sold me the car and he said "yeah I meant to mention that to you. You can open it by crawling into the backseat and releasing the emergency latch." This is something that should have been disclosed or documented prior to purchase. Instead they sold us the car as-is, knowing that this was a major issue. Once we discovered this issue, dealership refused to fix it, stating car was sold as-is. Unacceptable. More

The car they offered was checking off all the 'need' boxes in a replacement car AND clicked off a number of the 'want' boxes as well. We had planned to pay with cash to a certain amount. The offered car was a smidge over that. I worked with financing to get the car on payments because it was such a good deal on it. I had contacted other dealers in the area in my search for a car, but Francois was the only one willing to spend the time to work with me to find a good, reliable vehicle that will fit my needs for years to come. I appreciate the time the entire staff took to help me. Thanks! More
