They were supposed to pay off the other loan on the trade in car. 64 days later, the car is still NOT paid for and we are getting late fees, bad reports on our credit report and if we don't pay off the 2 car payments on the trade in car in 10 days, the bank is going to start repossession action. On a xxxx car we traded off! More
Terrible customer service. I bought used, high miles, even with that they lied on the checklist of things that are working. I made it very clear I was buying vehicle to transport kids, and safety. They sold me a vehicle that had a seatbelt that did not work (2nd row driver's side). I brought it to their attention, as well as the other things that did not work on the car, they were only worried about receiving their dealer plate. Very unprofessional. More

Even got it in writing through email, made an appointment as I was 90 min. away, made an appointment drove down, test drove car and decided we would purchase it. After 45 min. of excuses they finally produced the paper work but did not honor the written agreement and told us the sales manager double dipped on the rebate from Ford and could not sell it to us for the agreed price. WE WALKED OUT, but we did drive to Madison and bought the same car, more options for less money the same day. More

I went in they put two of the vehicles that I was thinking of buying next to each other, I test drove and they did the numbers. The following week I went in and picked it up and got my financing for 0%. Love the people that work there and my salesperson is just awesome. Aaron Newton, put everything together so that when I drove off all the details, (phone synced, favorite radio channels tuned in, etc. were set up and ready. Thank you Francois Ford dealership. I told Aaron what my down payment would be and he came back very excited with the monthly payments, the only problem was the total price was $6500.00 more than what I was told. He made some excuse about that price including every possible rebate, I new then that I wasn't buying a car ever from this place. More

The day we picked it up after they detailed it, found multiple scratches on hood, rear bumper and drivers mirror. We were told that would be taken care of, why wouldn't we believe them, it's brand new. When we wen to pick it up after repairs, they said they all buffed out, no problem, even the deep ones. They did not fix the rear bumper or 1 scratch on the hood, and after looking at the mirror, there was over spry on the trim, orange peel and the color they painted it did not match. So they lied about the price of a car, lied about not seeing the scratches after the car was just detailed, now they lied about the scratches being buffed out. Now we find out it was painted in some old garage in town, not by a certified Ford pait shop, and also now the Ford paint warranty is no good. We wanted them to take it to the Ford paint shop in Janesville but they said they were not authorized, even after I took it to the paint shop, of course the painter never showed, but the salesman took pictures and agreed it was a terrible job, they wouldn't stand behind it. The manager said he already had $500.00 invested and we had to take it back, so you thought you paid 500 for a buff job, he's either really stupid, or there's another lie. Have BBB claim on it now, but if Ford fixes it, we will stick with Ford, but will no way ever go back to Francois Ford, not even for their phony 3 free oil changes a year. More

This dealer has a great service program that includes free oil changes, an extended warrantee on the drive train and use of a vehicle while service is being performed. More
