My wife had been looking for a certain car at a certain price for about 6 months. They worked with us to find the right car, and when they had it in stock, they let me take it over to her at her office so we could decide if we wanted it or not. This is the kind of professional, mature attitude that sets Anderson's apart from the typical car dealer. They let the product sell itself and then see if the numbers can work out for both parties. I went to Anderson cars to look for a high mpg car or cuv. The Mazda cx-5 was a little too cramped for me, so they suggested the VW Jetta or Passat. The Jetta was roomy and comfortable, and I actually cuv. The Mazda cx-5 was a little too cramped for me, so they suggested the VW Jetta or Passat. The Jetta was roomy and comfortable, and I actually had to move the seat forward. We worked with Bob Langenberg and he suggested that i look at the Passat as well, since it was a little bigger and might be more comfortable for me. The Passat was indeed a little bigger and the drivers seat felt more comfortable. Bob found me a Passat TDI with the options and configuration i wanted and we took it out for a test drive. I was impressed with the ride and the response of the TDI engine. When we got back to the dealership, Bob explained some of the features...CarNet...Navigation...and the TDI engine. I have never owned a Diesel, and was concerned with the smell, noise, and dirtyness. Bob explain to me the differences in the new TDI engines, and that they were nothing like what I envisioned. We worked through a deal that i was happy with and i purchased the Passat. Bob took me on a tour of the dealership, including their impressive service area. They cleaned and prep'd my Passat and Bob pulled my trade into the heated service area so we could move my things over without freezing. Bob and the folks at Anderson made this one of easiest and most pleasant car purchases I have ever made....THANK YOU More
