It is beautiful, spacious and relaxing just by walking in. But then you meet people like the two Bobs that helped me purchase my car. Bob Langenberg is one of them. Can't recall the other Bob's last name. They were patient and informative. Made the whole process painless as well as fast. I was truly impressed. I would not normally take the time to write a review but decided this dealership needed recognition. I am a woman and purchased the car for my daugh I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob and the sales manager, Bob at Anderson VW in Crystal Lake. I am a woman and purchased the car for my daughter by myself with help from co-workers who encouraged me to "do my homework" before purchasing the car. I got burned by another dealership who via e-mail said they would significantly beat the price I was given on the same VW Beetle Convertible, took my credit card and then said "oops" we made a mistake and came in significantly above Anderson....still charging my card. I was livid at the deception. Bob and Bob were honest, upfront and really wanted me to have the confidence to purchase local at the best price possible. I really believe that happened. I'm looking forward to having our adorable Beetle Convertible washed and maintained in the new VW dealership on 14 when it opens. These guys deserve a fancy, beautiful space. Thanks again! More
