I have had nothing but problems with my car and the service department! The dealer is not taking responsibility for a leaking sunroof in my car. I've had it in the shop multiple times to "fix" the sun service department! The dealer is not taking responsibility for a leaking sunroof in my car. I've had it in the shop multiple times to "fix" the sunroof. They even had it for days and didn't provide me a courtesy car. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. And still the problem hasn't been fixed. I've called twice now to try and get it in AGAIN and all of a sudden I don't get a return call anymore. It's just such an inconvenience for something that isn't my fault. They should make it right but have refused to do so. I would never give them my business again and I am sure to tell everyone I know. It's very frustrating when I have a car full of kids trying to go somewhere and it's literally raining on them. Buyers beware! More

This can be a service experience or a car buying experience. I am happy to say, I had a wonderfile experience. When I took my Hyundai to this dealership for service work, I could not have been happier with the outcome. Work that I had previously had done at another repair facility was still giving me trouble (after bringing it back 3 different times). So, I took my car to Fox Valley Buick since it is so close to my house. Not only was the work completed when promised, but it was done for quite a bit less money than I had paid for the same repairs prior. Mark, the service director, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly and was ready when promised. I will now bring my other 3 vehicles to this dealership for all my service needs. You have earned a customer for life. More

visited dealership for service on a recall. I purchased my Pontiac from this dealership and have always taken my car there for service. I have also brought my Buick there for service rather than I purchased my Pontiac from this dealership and have always taken my car there for service. I have also brought my Buick there for service rather than the dealership where I purchased it. The service is always prompt, friendly, and very satisfying every time I bring a vehicle in for service. I bought my Sierra 1500 a week ago and am very happy with my purchase. When I test drove the car it was indicting low air in the right rear tire, when I drove off the lot they had fixed that problem. Howev my purchase. When I test drove the car it was indicting low air in the right rear tire, when I drove off the lot they had fixed that problem. However a couple days later my information center once again told me the tire was low on air, I checked and filled it myself, but called Fox Valley and told them that it would appear that the tire has a slow leak that they did not fix before they sold me the vehicle. They were completely understanding, and fixed the tire with no cost to me. I have had issues with dealerships before and am very pleased with how this situation was dealt with. I would 100% recommend buying or servicing your vehicle with Fox Valley Buick GMC! More

Jeff really provides the face to the customers on behalf of the dealer that Fox Valley should be very proud of. He took care of us right from the beginning with exceptional service and going the extra mile. Due to a lengthy backorder on a part for our Enclave, they worked with us to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Even with a few unexpected hiccups and unforeseeable issues during our servicing which were not tied to either side, Jeff stepped it up and really made it a "customer for life" experience.
