I looked at other vehicles and even test drove one, but I was not comfortable. The sales person Ben Barrett, was very helpful he assured me that he would try to locate the type of vehicle I was looking for. I later received a call from Mr. Barrett stating he had a vehicle that I may like. I went in and test drove a Toyota Matrix and after I had several questions answered a deal was made, and I bought the Matrix. I fund the sales person, the manager and the financial service person to be very understanding and helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone. And we wanted to get a new car and the salesman Tom Prairie was very helpful in our decsion to pur at Fox Toyota and had very good results with them. I came in looking for a pre-owned Subaru Forester an Auburn. Fred Gibson was super friendly, well-informed, and an overall great person to work with. I came in looking for a pre-owned Subaru Forester and while Fred did show me new as well as used vehicles, I didn't ever feel like he was trying to push me into buying a (much more expensive) new car. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was also really friendly and helpful. Bottom-line is I didn't ever feel jerked around and ended up purchasing exactly the kind of car I was looking for, for not too bad a price. More
