Fowler VW in Norman was a pleasure to work with when looking for a new car for our family! We went in "just looking" and by the end of the day we drove away in a 2012 Passat! We did have to come back later in the afternoon to pick up the car and had to bring our kids (5 years and 15 months) with us. I have had bad experiences with car salesmen in the past, but when I met David Hall, he was friendly, not pushy at all and was very upfront in answering my questions. I felt very comfortable with him, but I did not want to make a decision that evening and told him that I would be back that week-end. He was very understanding and he did not try to talk me into anything. He did call me several times on Sat. just to find out what time I was coming back, as he had another appointment that same day, but he always seemed more like a helpful friend. When I returned to Fowler's, David devoted his entire attention to me, was not in any hurry, was helpful in answering all my questions, and was very kind and courteous. I found a 2010 Jetta that I really liked and David stayed with me and helped me through the entire purchase process. It went very smoothly and that evening I drove home with a car that I really, really like a lot. I feel that I got a good deal, not only for the newer car, but also for my older VW Bug trade in.
