WE went in to look at a vehicle we had found in an auto magazine and they no longer had it but William immediately found another vehicle that we really liked. He was very friendly, and very helpful. Brought my Passat to this dealer to address an intermittent problem. They had me bring it in, and 2 days and $600 later sent me on my way with the assurance that the problem was fixed (Throttle is intermittent problem. They had me bring it in, and 2 days and $600 later sent me on my way with the assurance that the problem was fixed (Throttle issue). 2 weeks later had the same problem, brought it back. This time they charged me another $400 to fix the same problem that should have been fixed the first time! They made mo offer to try to address the issue, just that they were right and I was wrong and there was nothing that they were going to do to discuss to make it right. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! More
