When I made contact with Fowler they responded quickly and polite., not pushing me one way or the other. Fowler just answered my questions, sent me the information I requested, and invited us to come and look at their inventory of pickups. Our sales person was Very Polite and knowledgeable. If they didn’t know the answer to my question he told me so and got the correct information to me so I could make an informed decision. The sales process was no different. Great Experience until after I signed the contract. The car buying portion of the transaction was great!. I worked with Jon Mcmillian, and he was very down to Earth and friendly as well as knowledgeable The car buying portion of the transaction was great!. I worked with Jon Mcmillian, and he was very down to Earth and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle. The price was well below market value so that was also a plus. They worked with me to get me financed with a deal that worked for me, so that was great. Now here comes the part where the experience went downhill. Upon signing the contract and shaking hands and talking to everyone, I was given the keys to my car, well, key. Only one keyfob, which I was not aware of. The only response I was given was that I would have to but another on my own. I am no expert, but any other time I have purchased a vehicle, new or used, 2 key fobs have always been included, so this was new to me. Second, the vehicle only had enough gas in it to make it around the block. Once again, all of my car buying experiences the vehicle has come with a full tank of gas. I figured while I was signing paperwork gas was being put in the vehicle. Nope. I let the issue be known, and was given a courtesy "10 dollars" because that would get me home. The finance manager who worked on my contract didnt seem to care at that point at all. Great. Third, upon checking the vehicle, I noticed the oil hadn't been changed, without only 1,000 miles left to get an oil change. Now, they give you 4 free complimentary oil changes, but I would not want to use one so soon after a purchase. Once again, great purchase up until I signed the contract, then everything was "oh well your on you own". I work with airmen on Tinker Airforce base, and as an Army Retired Veteran, i hear horror stories about soldiers/airmen being taken for a loop with vehicle purchases.That being said, I could not with good conscious recommend without reserve based on my experience. More
