I waited over 2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Then after getting home I saw on my paperwork that my air filter inspection failed yet I was never notified and given the opportuni appointment for. Then after getting home I saw on my paperwork that my air filter inspection failed yet I was never notified and given the opportunity to have it replaced in the over 2 hours I was there so now have to go elsewhere to have it done.
