Ever since 2013 I have always brought my 2013 Altima to Nissan for all scheduled maintenance and repair services. Through 2016 the service Gunn Nissan was excellent! The customer service that I received fr Nissan for all scheduled maintenance and repair services. Through 2016 the service Gunn Nissan was excellent! The customer service that I received from Tyler and Cash was my primary reason for continuing service with Four Star Nissan. I figured if they were excellent before, perhaps they would do their due diligence to achieve that status again. Notwithstanding, more often than not when I bring my car in for service, it’s returned to me with more issues such as: loose center counsel, unfastened cover under the front of the car, rattling/clicking sound in from the front wheels, and this time there is a scratching/rubbing noise coming from the front passenger side wheels. For a time (2021-2024) while I was in North Carolina and only took my car to Modern Nissan of Concord. The service there was at the same excellent level as Gunn Nissan in Denton. That said, Four Star hasn’t quite lived up to my past Nissan experiences. More to the point, this last time (June 2026) I brought my car in for routine maintenance and repairs, and now I have the aforementioned noise situation. I really like the Nissan cars and have been seriously considering getting another one, but…I’m not sure where I can get fast reliable maintenance and repair services at. More
