This was my FIRST time here. Immediately when I walked thru the door I was greeted with a big smile and i felt very welcome. Service was OK, Follow up on seat cover replacement very poor. Zak said he ordered a new seat cover and would be in, in 3 to 5 days. Been at least 3 weeks and ahve not heard anything. 2006 Nissan Frontier having misfiring issues and the Check Engine Light is on. They charged me over $3K to “fix my truck,” fix the misfiring issue and to remove the check engine light and that light is Check Engine Light is on. They charged me over $3K to “fix my truck,” fix the misfiring issue and to remove the check engine light and that light is still on and the truck is still misfiring. It took multiple days to get a quote so they didn’t even work on the vehicle yet. It was just there for multiple days and for them to run those two diagnostic alone was $400. And I put in the notes all the stuff that we’ve done and replaced and they went ahead and did the same thing and it obviously still didn’t solve the problem. That job was over $3K and then they wanna charge another $1.5K to do some other xxxxing work to the truck not guaranteeing if it’ll fix the issue or not. Ummm NO! Overcharging so much and to not even fix the issue and doing the same thing that we did. Having the truck for over a week and I left with the truck still misfiring and the check engine light still being on. Horrible service and just overcharging and not getting anything fixed. I should get a refund for this disappointment. I don’t care if they’re OEM Parts. Obviously replacing the same parts that we just replaced with OEM ones isn’t gonna fix the issue and charging over $3K for that is ridiculous. That’s why I won’t recommend this place at all and I stay away from dealer places More
