I have been multiple times this year and have requested a full check/review/comprehensive exam on my vehicle each time to make sure my car is fine, as I don't know much about cars. I had noticed a clicking sound when I turned, but I wasn't sure if it was regular wear and tear or a larger issue (hence requesting the full exam.) Turns out my drive shaft was broken, when it was fixed the click was gone. When I called to ask about this, I was told because I never mentioned a specific sound they didn't check it and road and auditory tests are apparently not apart of a comprehensive evaluation - I explained that they had driven my car during those visits and had it up because I'd gotten new tires. One evaluation was after I was hit by another vehicle. It's concerning that although I requested a full review multiple times something so dangerous was missed, not a single mention of it. How can that be? To me that means I was left in an unsafe vehicle although I was told it was fine. More
