Pros: financing guy (Yordan) was fantastic, friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with! Disappointed with not being told ahead of time about some of the cosmetic damage to the car that was not disclosed ahead of time (scrapes on back passenger side, front driver side, and paint chipping on passenger door). Thursday evening test drove and asked to come down on price due to the damage and we left only to have a call the next day meeting the price we requested (it’s a solid 45 min drive each way and we work full time so this was frustrating). Asked to have everything ready to make it as quick as possible for the return trip and was explicitly told it was 100% ready for paperwork signing and even had temporary tags on it, but new temp tags had to get created and put on. Gratefully that was done quickly, but our sales person had to leave new customers he was working with in order to do this (we explained before arriving we had a very tight time crunch since our kids needed to be picked up from school at 4:00 and it was 45 minutes away, which was the reason for our tight window). I wish we had known beforehand that it was only going to be financed in my name and my husband didn’t have to be there because I could have come on my own much earlier and not had to rush anyone. After getting our new car home we have noticed some slight smoking coming from under the hood, we’ve spoken to our sales person about it and are monitoring to see if it is from the chemicals used to clean the engine or if it is a more serious problem. Overall, the experience with purchasing a used car is one that is new to me and the frustrations we had were more due to the inconvenience of having to return the next day with an hour and a half round trip that wouldn’t have been necessary if they had simply met the price the night before. If I was speaking to someone who lived closer to the dealership I would recommend it to them, especially because of Yordan who truly does a great job of explaining the paperwork and tries to make connections with the customer.
