Mr. Hoover was very diligent, thorough, and courteous. I was very pleased with how he interacted with me. I rated the Dealership only 3 stars for the following reason. I delivered my car on a Monday at 10 was very pleased with how he interacted with me. I rated the Dealership only 3 stars for the following reason. I delivered my car on a Monday at 10:30 AM for the following repairs/services: (1) oil/filter change, (2) fuel injector service, (3) new battery, (4) brake fluid flush, (5) CVT transmission flush and refill, (6) 4 wheel alignment, (7) brakes and shocks inspection. On Tuesday morning I received the estimate for repairs/service and was advised rear brakes needed to be replaced and front struts and rear shocks replaced. My complaint is that the first 6 items listed above were not started until Thursday/Friday. I do not understand why those 6 routine services were not completed "well before" Friday. I was told that the Service Manager wanted ALL parts for the brakes/struts and shocks to arrive before ANY of the work would begin. I understand the parts for brakes/struts/shocks (BSS) had to be ordered and thus work on that could not begin on those items. Please explain the time management of the first 6 items and waiting to begin repairs for them based upon parts delivery for BSS. Thank you. More

Zak went above and beyond to help me. Gave me several options to choose from to better make my decision. It’s nice to know that someone like him is working there. When Four Star was called something else and I had been bringing my car there for a few years, the quality of help in the service dept was less than satisfactory. If you want customers to come back, keep people like Zak on staff. More

Recently had my car in and a part was zip tied instead of properly attached after they stripped a screw. an customer. A mechanic side, not so much. Nissan wanted to charge me $1200. Repairs were really not needed at this time per my second opinion don’t cut corners on your employees good service will keep customers coming back along with honest service. More
