Service fee structure is significantly higher than what the previous owners used to charge. Did not honor a valid coupon for an oil service and the service manager failed to return calls after having reach the previous owners used to charge. Definitely thinking of switching to a different auto servicing business that don’t take their customers for granted. More

The shop was good. Getting an appointment was a bit more difficult. She wanted me to leave the truck for the day and then schedule another spot for the actual work.
