This guys are amazing! !! My appointment was at 730am and the guys were kind enough to bring me in when i got there at 720am they got me out of there in no time i was barely !! This was the truly the BEST experience I have ever had at a Dealership. I was not happy with a Dealership in Lewisville. I emailed Four Stars Nissan of Denton on a Sunday and received a response Monday Morning. I told John exactly what I wanted and the interest rate that I wanted. An hour or so later John called me with a fantastic interest rate. He then asked me when I wanted to pick the car up. I picked the car up 4 hours later. The people at this Dealership are amazing. They walked me through everything and were so pleasant. I worked with Jon, the Manager, Charlee, the Sales Woman and Ryan in Finance. Thank you all so much for helping me. I had never wanted to go back to another Dealer after the experience I had in Lewisville but you just proved to me that not all Dealers are like CCN in Irving and Lewisville. Thank you all so much! I love my Rogue. The Best price and the best interest rate. I will definitely refer everyone to you. I was in and out of there within 2 hours! More

As I sat in waiting room I could see them changing oil in car. When I got finished I look at invoice and it said they air filter and cabin filter did not pass inspection. I watched the entire process of oil car. When I got finished I look at invoice and it said they air filter and cabin filter did not pass inspection. I watched the entire process of oil change and not at any time did the tech pull either filter. One is in engine compartment other behind glove box. In order to determine if filters are good or not tech should go on eye contact not on recommended time. After oil change was finished my car exited Bay Area and went back to service intake area where it sat for another 30 mins. I eventually went to service intake area and asked if I could get my vehicle. It would be nice to not have to wait that long after a service is completed. That is why I had an appointment. More
