From the moment I walked in, D'Angelo treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. He wasn’t pushy or salesy — instead, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. It honestly felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared. Equally impressive was my finance manager, Jabin. The finance portion is usually where the pressure sets in, but Jabin made it smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. He explained all of the details in plain language, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and how quickly he moved the process along without making it feel rushed.
