Disappointed After having purchased two vehicles from the dealership, both satisfying experiences, I was going to have all servicing performed there. At the third After having purchased two vehicles from the dealership, both satisfying experiences, I was going to have all servicing performed there. At the third oil change, again satisfying experiences, I was told a front strut was leaking and would be replaced under warranty. I was then told I would be contacted when the part arrived to schedule an appointment. Two weeks passed with no call. I contacted my sales rep to inquire about a problem with the fuel gage and maybe combining that service with the strut replacement. Was informed that "Ronny" was at lunch and would call me when he returned. Eight days go by and no contact from the dealership. I contact sales rep again and voice my disappointment with the situation. His solution was to ecplain to me the problems they were having with the service department. This is not my issue, my issue is getting service scheduled in a timely basis. This issue was not addressed. I thought I had found a dependable dealership to deal with, including future vehicle purchase, but I was mistaken. More
