The dealership stated a lowjack system was put on/charged by the dealership as an extra ad-on. They stated they could remove the lowjack, but I still was REQUIRED to pay for it. Lowjack was NOT required by m by the dealership as an extra ad-on. They stated they could remove the lowjack, but I still was REQUIRED to pay for it. Lowjack was NOT required by my bank. I asked several times about my 3.9% APR. I was told that I was approved for it and it was reflected in my initial number breakdown; however, this was not true. The APR had “accidently” been increased to 4.9% by, I’m assuming, the sales manager. Apparently this is some sort of trick to get me to buy the extended warranty on the back end. They then change the APR back to 3.9% and my monthly payments wouldn’t seem to change much. ??? When I got to financing office, I picked a pile of papers up from a chair so we could sit down. and Dwayne, the financial consultant literally growled at me (NOT in a joking way). He told me that he likes his papers in a certain spot. Maybe he was upset because we figured out the change in APR or maybe he was just having a bad day. But at that point I decided I would buy my extended warranty elsewhere. Alisa was very friendly, informative and helpful. Online shopping at this dealership was easy. I liked the fact that there was pictures and video of the actual car on the website, not just stock photos. There was good follow up on the phone calls. They did provide me with the amount I was asking for for my trade-in. That was a plus. More
