I’m disappointed that I couldn’t make a deal on a new car here. The salesman was genuinely trying to get us a good deal and understood the situation we were in. The sales manager however was a whole other st here. The salesman was genuinely trying to get us a good deal and understood the situation we were in. The sales manager however was a whole other story. He was the type of salesman that is so stereotypically a car salesman, you know the ones you hear horror stories about. It felt as though he wanted to take advantage of the situation we were in. He was pushing a more expensive vehicle on us, insisted we had to come up with a larger down payment than we could handle, and worst of all he never gave us any number to look at so we could negotiate at all. I understand the state of the market and that in our situation we didn’t have much negotiating power but this sales manager was absolutely no help. We will not being buying from Foundation Kia of Wichita Falls because of this sales manager, I’ll drive to a bigger city like Ft Worth or Dallas if I buy from a Kia dealership. More
