Did not listen to us. Was preapproved before shopping. Had all info needed fax and name of loan clerk we were working with. Ran our credit anyways and didn't go with my loan clerk. This is the 2nd time this has happened. We came in for an oil change. We noticed our car was in the parking lot ready, but no one came and told us. They came to let others know their car was finished, b an oil change. We noticed our car was in the parking lot ready, but no one came and told us. They came to let others know their car was finished, but not us. After waiting a little while we asked if the car was ready, and were given the keys. The work order said the car was finished at 14:21. and it was now 14:45. This was a difference of 25 minutes after we sat there all that time waiting. Our time is valuable too and we didn't appreciate waiting longer than necessary. Like we said this happened twice now. More

I'm sure you wouldn''t use this review but here goes anyway....I found it a little suspicious that 95% of the cars that came in showed that they needed a front end aliment! Really!
