I've-been a regular FW Toyota customer now for approximately 31 years now. Always have felt we got fair & honest service treatment on our Toyotas. First time I might have felt like I was upsaled. Yes, at 90,000 things may need done, but I thought fluids could be looked at, felt, smelled or something to say, Yes, You need this. My salesperson was very nice, but he was very new. It took several hours to get my vehicle processed because everyone was new. I wasn't shown how anything in my vehicle works. I was told my seats are heated, but I would have to add the air feature. Thank goodness I was playing around with the different knobs because my seats heat AND cool. Nothing was explained to me. I still have to figure out how to get the Apps to update so I can get the Remote Services to work on my phone App. I had to go back to pick up my 2nd key. I had to go back again to drop off my deposit. This is not the experience I expected when getting a $50K vehicle. Also, I wasn't aware until after I left that I bought a demo/dealer vehicle and wasn't given any sort of discount. There were over 1,000 miles on the vehicle, and there are scuff marks all over in the rear wagon area where someone hauled something large. There are scuff marks on all doors from where people got in and out of it many times from the front and back seats. I understand a little bit from people testing driving, but there were a lot of marks... like whoever was getting in and out of the vehicle were used to getting in and out of it.... not like someone test driving an expensive vehicle. The vehicle gas tank was on empty so the dealership did fill the tank up before I left, so I am thankful for that, but the car should have been cleaned up after whoever was driving it around (and hauling things) was done doing that. And I should have received a discount for getting a demo/dealer vehicle. In addition, someone was telling me that there is a Toyota lifetime battery offer going on right now. I wasn't told about anything like that. Maybe it's not applicable to my vehicle, but I thought I would mention that. More
