Purchase used vehicle from dealer. When picking up the gas was on empty with light on and we could not even make it home without stopping for gas. Also, it was supposed to be cleaned prior to purchase, ho gas was on empty with light on and we could not even make it home without stopping for gas. Also, it was supposed to be cleaned prior to purchase, however, dog hair and dirt/dust throughout interior of car. We had to reclean interior of car when we brought it home. Serviced prior to purchasing. The 160 point inspection failed to notice very old air filter and cabin filter. All considered required maintenance which was supposed to have been completed prior to purchase of the used vehicle. More

We needed a quick look at our 4Runner ... normally I know we would have to schedule out a ways. But they worked us in to take a look and determined it was a leaking gas cap. No charge! Jason Mullins was friendly and helpful!! But, bottom line is that I spent $200 and my AC still doesn’t work. The mechanics were unable to identify the problem.
