I saw a car I was interested in and I made an offer online, I was contacted soon after by Dave Hess and I scheduled an appointment to go and look at the car as well as some other in the price range we were comfortable in!! Dave was easy going and so professional also, he knew his stuff when it came down to purchasing a vehicle and was NOTHING like the typical pushy sales consultants I've dealt with before!! Dave took my fiance and I to look at several cars that were in our budget, and when we came to a obstacle of the vehicle we really wanted being a little out of our price range, he went above and beyond and got us the perfect price!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my car, and it's even more exciting because I got it at such an excellent price!! I went to many dealerships before and walked away from several of them because they were so pushy, or not staying in the price range we wanted, however Dave listened to all of my concerns about the car as well as the price and met all of my expectations!! Dave even called the very next day to check in and make sure everything was great and that I was completely happy with our purchase, it was so nice!! I will NEVER shop at another dealership except for Toyota of Fort Wayne and I will definitely be asking for Dave Hess for sure, and I recommend anyone whom is looking for a nice, dependable vehicle at a great price and a easy going and professional experience go see Dave Hess he was a pleasure to shop with!! I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with this place. I came here to purchase my first vehicle and from the beginning, these people could care less about what I wanted. All they cared about was making a sale, and even became extremely rude when I wanted to look at some more vehicles because I was unsure of what was right for me. When I finally did get my vehicle, they for some reason did not have the owner's manual and promised to send me it. After months and months of calling about the manual, they finally sent me one. However, this manual wasn't even the kind of car that I have! They were not helpful whatsoever and could care less about your happiness. All they want is the money. I will NEVER return to this car dealership because of the terrible service I received. More

Michael was an amazing guy to deal with. We never intended to buy that day because we knew no dealer would give us a decent trade in for our current vehicle. Then we met Michael. Not only was the trade in amount MORE than fair, the price BEFORE trade in was well below blue book and kelley book values. While they were inspecting our car, we went online and researched suggested price for the car we purchased and it was 20-25% below recommended price. Then after trade in value....done deal. A car transaction can be hell with two little kids, but Michael kept them entertained with his computer while we worked. His follow up was outstanding, also mailing our kids a dvd as a gift. It was perfect. I will always deal with Michael from now on. EXCELLENT! More
