I didn't feel pressured with any hard sell tactics or any of the other normal manipulative sales games that have kept me out of dealerships for the past 15 years. Brandon is someone I would want to work with again in the future - he was polite, knowledgeable, and didn't try to manipulate us. If you hate shopping dealerships like I do, give Brandon a shot. The only critical thing I could say regarding my business at this dealership is that the finance people were pushy and rushed the process, which I believe was done intentionally as a sales tactic. Watch for the finance people - they definitely have certain products/warranties to push, and push they will. All things considered, I'll definitely be back to speak with Brandon when I'm in the market for a vehicle again. Working with him was a relief, and he made what I expected to be a frustrating, stressful experience into a good time. Thank you, Brandon!! More
