Just had my 2010 Nissan Murano in for a simple oil change. The service was great and the facilities were extremely clean. The waiting room has been updated with free coffee, water and popcorn. The service took approximately 45 minutes which gave me time to review the look at the new 2015. Since the renovation has been done it's a pleasure to have my autos serviced. I also have a 2014 Infinity which they service and I'm completely satisfied. More

We are c Just drove home in a 2015 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it. In 2013 my husband purchased a Pathfinder and it has been the best car ever. We are completely sold on Nissans and have had great experiences with the staff both times. Justin, Sales Representative did a terrific job of explaining options. Curtis, Sales Manager, was also very helpful in the process answering my many questions. It was truly a pleasure working with Jesse in Finance. Actually, it is the first time that we have leased a car and found it to be good experience,. There have been a couple of recall issues with the Pathfinder that were resolved in a timely manner and the experience with the Service Dept. has always done an outstanding job. We are a Two Nissan car family and proud of it! More
Will NEVER buy another Nissan Unfortunately, the past 1.5 months changed my mind about ever doing business with this dealership and/or Nissan ever again. My car started to act up Unfortunately, the past 1.5 months changed my mind about ever doing business with this dealership and/or Nissan ever again. My car started to act up with issues that were not fixed (was told they were fixed) prior to 120K miles. If I would have known about the MAJOR transmission issues with the CVT transmissions and that Nissan extended the warranty to 120K due to these issues, I would have dug deeper. I never rec'd any notice or information about this extended warranty. Now, I am 10K over the warranty and have paid $3,500 for a new transmission and my car is not drive-able. In addition I was told I needed new brakes, roters and several other misc. car repairs. My husband, did move forward to change the brakes himself and unfortunately, they were 1/2 used. Why am I being told I needed new brakes etc. After seeing for my self the padding on the brakes and took pictures, I am more than skeptical about their honesty. I am now being told the the ABS system, sensors etc are all bad. Ironically, I drove all the way home from the dealership, ran just fine (some lights were on) and the next day, guess what....it was doing the exact same thing prior to my transmission being replaced. I was also told, my transmission fluid was never changed until 90K miles even though I bring my car if for 95% of all my service. My file is huge because I have always taken care of my car. I then, filed a complaint with Nissan corporate and many stories have since changed. Now, I am being told I had my transmission fluid changed at 30K and I denied the 60K and changed again at 90K. Why would a faithful consumer, that has a long service record of upkeeping their car EVER turn down a $200 transmission fluid change. Like I mentioned previously, trust...remember the brakes? I could write a whole story book about miscommunication between the dealership and Nissan corporate but I will end my story with do YOUR HOMEWORK. Read about the transmissions....sounds like there are still issues and document everything you do! I will not purchase another Nissan and would not refer my "enemy" for service and or their product. By the way, the recent service rep Jackson, has been great trying to help us get through this cluster! More
Great place to buy a vehicle! Saw a couple of Rogue's on the road and liked the look of them. Needed a second vehicle, stopped by to look on my birthday. Drive great, love the colo Saw a couple of Rogue's on the road and liked the look of them. Needed a second vehicle, stopped by to look on my birthday. Drive great, love the color (Midnight Jade) and know I will love the great gas mileage. Didn't know if I wanted to lease or rent but the deal was so great, just ended up buying, what a great birthday it was! Didn't know anything about the dealer or the service but the buying part went so great, don't expect to experience anything less with the service. More
Went to look at a used car at this place... This is what I think...Drove all the way from Columbus Ohio to look into a purchase of a so called "PRISTINE" used 2006 Infiniti G35. A two and a half This is what I think...Drove all the way from Columbus Ohio to look into a purchase of a so called "PRISTINE" used 2006 Infiniti G35. A two and a half hour drive by the way, Apparently the internet price, is non negotiable, I did not know this but that's fine. Looked over the car, looked good with the exception of a missing dip stick and a few other loose and missing parts under the hood, other than that I was still interested in purchasing it. Took it for a test drive....apparently pristine included a bad passenger side rear wheel bearing? The test drive blew oil all over the engine compartment do to the lack of a dip stick, mentioned above, one would think the dealership would be willing to deal just for the embarrassment of it. No, Would not budge on price, did not even offer to fix the problems at their full price, "Pristine"! I was truly interested in purchasing the car, I was just going to charge it on my American Express and take it home. I walked away. The sales boss thought that just because we drove there, we would buy, calculation, fail! Would not recommend anyone to these guys they are an amazing bunch of "used car salesmen"! LOL! When told about the dip stick and lose parts, crickets. Same when I raised the issue of the wheel bearing, crickets. Their mechanic when they put it on a lift for me to look at the undercarriage with oil dripping all over the place, Crickets? WOW! This dealership misrepresents used vehicles. A pristine car to me does not include cars with missing parts and bad bearings. Thanks for reenforcing the old used car Icon! More
Purchase of a used car I tend to keep my cars for a long period of time so a trip to the car dealer isn't something I have to contend with very often. My experience with Fo I tend to keep my cars for a long period of time so a trip to the car dealer isn't something I have to contend with very often. My experience with Fort Wayne Nissan was very positive. I experienced no high pressure sales techniques, the salesman was personable, I got the price that I thought it would sell for. I noticed a lot of negative reviews from other customers the difference I feel in my experience is that I paid cash, and refused to buy a warranty did my research on the car I wanted to buy. Added plus I was introduced to Bob Rohrman who happened to be visiting the dealership, nice guy. More
When I purchased my new 350 Z from Fort Wayne Nissan I had a choice between life time oil changes or a set of free tires. I elected a set of tires only to find out that FW Nissan would not honor this offe had a choice between life time oil changes or a set of free tires. I elected a set of tires only to find out that FW Nissan would not honor this offer because they had to be replaced within 30 days of purchase of my new car. Really? Who gets a set of tires within 30 days of purchasing a new car? Lance, the sales manager had promised to return phone calls and never did after after a week of waiting. Their final answer was that they would not honor their written agreement. Fort Wayne Nissan lacks any integrity and I would certainly find another dealership in the future! More
Be prepared to spend your entire day with the sales person. Apparently since they have to work late, they feel the best way to wear you down, is to keep you waiting. My husband and I spent at least 3 hours on two separate days making this deal. At the end of the day, the agreed price of purchase was incorrectly calculated by dealer so when the additional work was done, they recalculated and made us pay for their mistake! Mind you, we purchased a $30,000 vehicle, and they were relentless on us paying a <$500 difference. Hindsight is 20/20 and we now wish we would have taken more time to shop elsewhere! More

We were told that EVERYTHING under the sun was covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, except things like tires and such. Well, come to find out, exhaust isn't one of them. We had to fight tooth and nail for them to pay HALF of it. The manager, Ken, told my fiance to come in and they would do whatever they can for us. Did they? No, we had to go to the BBB. Finally they payed half. Now, we took the car in yesterday for an oil change. It was also making a rattling noise. We got in there and they told us it was outta oil! We only went 600, 700 miles over. Well, the last sticker was gone, so these bloodsuckers take advantage of that fact! They LIE right to our face, saying he was 7,000 miles OVER an oil change. Then wrote on our statement, 5,000 PAST DUE. Well, we found the sticker. And it's not anywhere NEAR those 2 estimates. SO they are trying to cover something up so that they do not have to fix it in the future. RUN! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
Was told needed $300 worth of repairs. Took to two other places who told me service not needed. I drive a 2009 and they told me it is still like new. Nissan wants me to get $300 worth of work I don't need places who told me service not needed. I drive a 2009 and they told me it is still like new.
