Salesman misleading information I contacted this dealer a couple week ago about a used Lexus GX you had. The story goes like this. We talked about a price and doing a credit applica I contacted this dealer a couple week ago about a used Lexus GX you had. The story goes like this. We talked about a price and doing a credit application. I was considering coming down from Lansing MI to see the GX. I was concerned about doing an application at that point and I was not interested in getting a bunch of hits on my credit report until I was sure I was purchasing a car. Your response was that is not the case the credit inquiry will only shows up on you credit report if you accept the loan. I got 5 hard hits on my credit report from Nissan Fort Wayne as it looks like you were intent on moving forward regardless. You lied and for what reason I can not even figure out. I ended up purchasing a like GX in my area. Dealer in not trust worthy if that is how business is being done. More

I took my Pathfinder in for warranty work on my 'covered' transmission. They claim the warranty was denied and said it would be $5000 to repair. Little did I know that their warranties are through a shady warranty company that no legitimate business would partner with. In addition the 2000-2012 Nissan Pathfinder is known for radiator failure that contaminates transmissions, causing transmission failure. There have been numerous class action lawsuits against Nissan, but no recalls were ever issued. #NEVERNISSAN More

He took his time explaining everything even though he knew we were not buying that day. Went back a few days later and talked about pricing. We agreed on a price and still wanted to think about it. Our salesman still did not pressure is into buying and we told them we would let them know. Two days later, after looking at a few different vehicles we decided we definitely wanted the Rouge. The salesman and finance people were wonderful to work with! We look forward to doing more business with them in the future! More

Know your rights My husband purchased a 2015 Versa at a wonderful price, it was exactly what he wanted. The personnel who worked with him were are professional! Yet My husband purchased a 2015 Versa at a wonderful price, it was exactly what he wanted. The personnel who worked with him were are professional! Yet we have one concern - what happens when you have your credit frozen and you are paying cash? Due to regulations for car dealers in connection with the Patriot Act, they must verify the identify of the purchaser. Due to our credit being frozen they were unable to verify we were in fact who we said we where. We were told that we would have to unlock our credit: no specifics as to how, how many agencies, or provided a clear explanation as to why other than a federal government requirement. After much discussion with various personnel, we found that there was in fact alternative methods available to a consumer rather than having their credit unfrozen. The dealership needs to train all personnel handling sales, then if in fact they require at least once per week that a consumer unlock their credit to purchase a car with cash, there are alternative ways their identification can be verified. Without our being proactive, educating ourselves, we would have probably walked away from the sale. More

Will never buy another Nissan! Whenever the rear end went out they tried to say it was because I pulled my Jon boat so as you can tell Nissan is poor quality to if a full size truck can not pull a 6000lbs boat and trailer. I hope everyone reads this and thinks twice before putting themselves in this situation. More
