My husband brought the Nissan Rogue in to get it serviced. It looks like the Service Advisor was Herbie Tran & the Technician was Scott Roehrman. Terrible service. I scheduled a 9 am appointment on a Wednesday. I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment- they didn’t see my keys so they thought I no showed. By the end of the nex Wednesday. I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment- they didn’t see my keys so they thought I no showed. By the end of the next business day (Thursday) my car was just on the diagnostic tool. Because it was so late they ordered parts on Friday - my vehicle wasn’t completed until the following Tuesday. At no point did my service provider call me to update - I had to call and check on things each time. When we called the service dept we would be on hold for more than 10 mins and eventually would get an operator who would “pass along” my messages. Very disappointed in their lack of timeliness, communication and the perception that they had no urgency to fix my vehicle. I’m a working mom of 3 - very hard to arrange alternate transportation when they keep telling you “one more day”. We will never bring our vehicle back to their service dept. More
