I would not recommend this dealer ship for any used or non Nissan vehicles. They either don’t look at the vehicle or purposely go out of there way to cover up any known issues. I have owned my Altima for a little over one year. This was the second time having the oil changed (only have 10k miles on it) and I have not taken my car to anyone else. I was due for a tire rotation; ho was the second time having the oil changed (only have 10k miles on it) and I have not taken my car to anyone else. I was due for a tire rotation; however, after 90 minutes, Herbie came in and asked me if I had the key to the locking lug nuts. I had no clue what he was talking about. He went back out and tried to find it but couldn't. Herbie told me I did not need my tires rotated this time because I have good tread. I hope this does not reflect on my CarFax service report. My issue is that I will need my tires rotated at some point in time and I do not have that key. What am I supposed to do? You (Fort Wayne Nissan) got my car from a dealer in Ohio and I believe you should contact them and get that key so when I do need the rotation you will have it. Also when I came home I looked up what that key is; and it stated that it is located in the wheel well under the jack. I would think your service people would know that and have looked there. Overall, I am happy with the service I have received and everyone is nice; but this does concern me. More
