My 2012 Murano would not start after arriving from out-of-state. I jumped the battery and drove to Fort Wayne Nissen. The service department took my service order after only a short wait, checked th out-of-state. I jumped the battery and drove to Fort Wayne Nissen. The service department took my service order after only a short wait, checked the battery and did a 27 point inspection to try and identify the issue. Nothing was found to be wrong, the battery was fine and they recommended no repairs. Instead, they washed my car and sent me on my way within one hour and without any charge. Could I have left something on that drained all the power from my battery? It appears that was likely the case. Whatever the cause, I left assured that my car would get me home; which it did. In closing, I should add that everyone who helped me was nice, listened as I described my circumstance and my service advisor exhibited a sincere desire to help.
