I scheduled an appointment with Nissan on Thursday 9/22 for the following Tuesday on 9/27. I dropped my van off at 8am. After quickly looking at the issue, an associate took my keys. I was then given a rid for the following Tuesday on 9/27. I dropped my van off at 8am. After quickly looking at the issue, an associate took my keys. I was then given a ride home, without any info about what would happen next. I waited until about 3pm and called for an update. The issue was that my van door won't open. It is jammed shut. After grappling with the phone system, I left a voicemail for the Service department asking for an update. I called again, doing the same phone system dance, and left another voicemail. I also reached out via the web contact form and heard back from sales, but did not hear from service that day. The following day I called again and an operator apologized and promised to have a service advisor reach out. A few hours later, I was called by my advisor who quoted me $140 for labor and ~$850 for a replacement rear door slider. This is way out of my budget so I asked if they could pick me up to retrieve my van. I waited two hours without anyone calling for a ride and decided to take an Uber instead. I arrived, paid $140 for a "diagnostic" and took my van home. My van is a camper van and equipped with cameras for my belongings and to monitor outside activity. After reviewing footage from my camera there was no one who actually tried $140 for Nissan to repeat back an issue I told them about and then park my van in their lot for two days. At the very least I would think an attempt at fixing the door would've been made. Not only was that not attempted, but the quote for a door part was only a guess, seeing as how no actual attempt was made, and as such could have potentially not fixed any issue. I will never return to this dealership and would not recommend anyone go there for service. At the very least they should refund my money for having done absolutely nothing--no fix attempt whatsoever--but waste my time and hold my vehicle. More

We have never complained about our service but after yesterday we think the service issues we experienced need to be addressed. We had an appointment at 9:00 am. We had another appointment elsewhere at 10:30 that day. My husband waited nearly an hour before the oil change was completed at 10:22. This is very poor customer service to clients like us who have been faithful customers for several years. Per your phone call with me today as a follow up, there was a service employee out due to a bad back which resulted in delays. If this were to happen in the future, we would appreciate if you called to reschedule rather than make us wait for so long. What is the point of having an appointment? We are considering other options for get your car serviced as this is totally unacceptable. Our daughter obtained an oil change today with another company and the service was completed in 20 minutes for $30 less. The service there was friendly and prompt and she had no appointment. I hope your service improves. More
