Didn't know I needed to make an appointment to bring in vehicle, but no worries. Service department was gracious enough to fit me in as I arrived early in the am. A/C module was replaced as well as two other recall modules I was not aware of, so turned out to be beneficial bringing car in for service. Rick Libby was professional and answered all questions. Missing Company Stamp It is unbelievable that inifiniti don't have a company stamp, To stamp the maintenance book. For a big company like Infiniti this is not acceptable. Quick and easy I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took c I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took care of the paperwork with ease and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The young man who took that information (Sorry, I don't recall his name) was very warm and friendly and got me on my way very quickly. The loaner vehicle was very clean and well maintained. I was kept informed, via phone calls, text messages, and email, of the additional service my car needed, IE wiper blades and an alignment adjustment. I was contacted when the job was done but not rushed to return as I was in the middle of an engagement. When I came to pick up my car, I was again greeted with friendly enthusiasm even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. When the paperwork and payment was complete, my car was waiting for me all washed and and ready to go. Everyone in the service department was attentive and friendly.
