I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find that same kind of comfortable, reliable relationship with a new dealership. Those concerns were immediately resolved when I called for my first service appointment at Fort Myers Infiniti. When I called, I was directed to Rick Libby. Rick immediately recognized what I needed, found an appointment that worked with my schedule and reserved a loaner vehicle. From start to finish, Rick provided proactive, comprehensive communication and customer service. There was never a moment that I was not aware of the status of my vehicle. My first experience with Rick and Fort Myers Infiniti could not have been any better. Each appointment since then has been just as good, with best-in-class communication, service and follow-up.
