I went to dealership to change battery in my Infiniti. When I came, I mentioned to Rick, that they have 10% off battery price, and sems to me he was a little surprised. 1. My question to Rick was responded as “charge for disposal” ….well to me it looks like I got your advertised discount, and then you took back from me… nice try to attack customers IQ. Or am I wrong? 2. When job done and I left shop, on the way back home I found engine light “ON”. So I returned back a when I told Rick to turn light “OFF”, he said without any consideration “there must something more serious”. Why did I get back car with possible some serious issue, without notifying me? Is there some quality control, or you leave it just on mechanics?? If you respond this message, please use my email.
