Coming home I've dealt with Tynan's Nissan for several years. When my wife needed to replace her car (a Nissan Sentra with 225,000 miles on it) we naturally gra I've dealt with Tynan's Nissan for several years. When my wife needed to replace her car (a Nissan Sentra with 225,000 miles on it) we naturally gravitated towards Tynan's since their service dept. had treated us so well. She purchased a 2010 Sentra and got to drive it off the showroom floor! When it came time to retire my truck (a Chevy half ton with over 160,000 miles on it and 25 years old) I began researching what was out there for small pickups. No matter what I looked at I kept coming back to the Nissan Frontier. When I wanted to set up a test drive, B.J. called me up and we set up a time. Once I had driven the Frontier I was hooked. The only problem was they did not have one in the color I wanted. No problem. Their dealership in Aurora,Co. had one. The next day B.J. and Russ drove down to bring it back. After a day to install some options, B.J. picked me in my new vehicle and let me bring him back to the dealership. By far, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. And I cannot thank Tynan's enough for their courteous and thoughtful treatment. More

Todd is funny, a quintessential gentleman and our guy, and as long as he is selling cars at Tynan's, will remain so. He has built a relationship like no other that has become part of the ownership experience for my family. He checks in, asks about my kids, how my vehicles are performing but mostly just to see how I'm doing. I actually look forward to my service appointments because it's a great time to laugh and catch up with him. I actually schedule them around his schedule. It's so much more that just a great salesman at Tynan's however. The manager and finance guys alike, all respect my desire to spend as little time sitting in the showroom as possible, and work hard to minimize it and make the process simple, straightforward and painless. The little time I do spend there is made much better with little touches such as fresh coffee from a local roaster, cookies, video games and all the cool people, including the owner Eddie, who take the time to check in, catch up and get to know me and my family. My vehicle that was to be paid off in July had the transmission go bad that morning after dropping my son off at school. I was completely unprepared for this situation and because of this I was very worried and scared. BJ Wilhite responded to me via email and while I was at work BJ Wilhite and Jeff Corriveau guided me through this very stress free amazing process. They helped me find a great, wonderful, dependable New Nissan Rogue. I have never in my life known that you could actually buy a car with caring individuals like BJ White and Jeff Corriveau! The two gentlemen in the parts department were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was looking for a bolt for my Murano and it wasn't a standard part that needs to be replaced. They were able to find it and even had it in stock. What a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back if I require parts for my Murano (which I shouldn't since my Murano is a ROCK STAR). More
