I had done a lot of research on the car I wanted before contacting the team at Tynan’s Nissan. Once I was in I was impressed by Brian’s professionalism. He quickly understood what I wanted, took us out on a test drive and filled in some gaps I had. He shared his opinions and opinions that he had gleaned from other customers. I appreciated the delineation he had between the “opinions” and the factual specifications of the vehicle. Tom and Brian listened to what I wanted and worked to find as close possible what they had in-stock. We then worked to see what the best price out the door/bottom line that they could do. I was working with other dealerships also. This gave me a true cost for me to compare. A primary reason I went with Tynan’s Nissan was the fact that they respected this while the other dealers always seemed to be holding something back. When it came down to it I liked how they respected my time to come up with this figure. I understand that they are a business and I also didn’t want to waste their time if I was looking at something I truly couldn’t afford. Dustin was great going over the value of the extended warranty. I’ve been in dealerships before that tried “hard sales” tactics along the line of you must buy it today. Dustin was thorough in going over the final paper work and covering the very reasonable time to make a decision on the extended warranty. Tom was helpful and efficient on working through all the paper work required. Tom definitely has an eye for detail and if he didn’t know an answer he was quick to get it. Tom also was detailed in the walk thru before I took possession of the car and was genuinely excited for me on the new car. One thing that Brian, Tom and Dustin covered was the push for excellence and high integrity that they brought up was instilled and inspired from the top down at Tynan’s. I would highly recommend giving Tynan’s a chance for your business. More
BEST car buying experience EVER!!! I always dread going to car dealerships, but that dread was gone the minute my husband and I met Greg! He was so super nice and easy to talk to with I always dread going to car dealerships, but that dread was gone the minute my husband and I met Greg! He was so super nice and easy to talk to with no expectations. By the end of our time there, we drove home in a new JUKE and smiles from here to the moon. Months now waiting on a refund - Nothing but BS from Tynans On May 30th of this year I purchased a Nissan Frontier from Tynans. Drove all the ay from Albuquerque NM to pick it up. On closing the deal, Dustin in Finance sold me a third party warranty after I specifically stated I wanted an actual Nissan warranty. On June 11th, per the provisions of the third party warranty, I contacted Tynans in writing asking that the warranty be terminated and my money refunded. After a dozen emails and 5 voice mails (which I have kept) assuring me that the warranty had been cancelled, nothing. It is now the end of September. Three months - nothing but BS from Tynans. Excuses, excuses, mistakes, excuses. They keep talking about making things right - but follow through on nothing. After three months, I think this amounts to theft. Find another dealership - these folks are not honest enough to do the right thing. Eric M. posted that he was going to work the issue and that we'd get together. That was a month ago and he has never attempted to contact me. I can't say it enough - stay as far away as possible from these people because once you're out the door, you don't exist. More

Well as we speak in real time, I was doing a deal with Brian and another "Big Box" dealer in Colorado. I live outside Chey, Wy. I am 2 hours to one dealer and a little over an hour I was doing a deal with Brian and another "Big Box" dealer in Colorado. I live outside Chey, Wy. I am 2 hours to one dealer and a little over an hour to Fort Collins. Everything we are doing is by phone and the 'puter. Gosh, both sales people were smart and personable! What made the difference for me is that when the final numbers were crunched, the manager at the first dealership was a little put-off that I was shopping. We have to be shoppers in this economy. We buy cars for different reasons and Brian understood quickly that I was looking for.... a commuter vehicle at the lowest possible price. The salesperson has to run his numbers through the financing manager and....he has to follow through with his commission to understand our bottom line. Sense of humor, intelligence, knowledge..Brian needs to come to dinner! Thank you for the positive, fair and real experience! Lori More
EMPTY promises once you sign the contract - disappointed! I bought a 2015 Frontier in late May, 2015. I found the truck through internet searches. Once I called them, the deal seemed very good - so good tha I bought a 2015 Frontier in late May, 2015. I found the truck through internet searches. Once I called them, the deal seemed very good - so good that once they put the numbers in an email, I drove all the way from Albuquerque NM to ink the deal. Once I arrived, it was fairly smooth - the salesman I had worked with was on vacation so a substitute helped me. The original contract had an $800 mistake, the second version something else was wrong, third time a charm. I allowed the finance guy (Dustin) to tack on an extended warranty ONLY after ensuring - KNOCK ON WOOD, that the warranty was the actual Nissan warranty - not something third party. After arriving back in Albuquerque and starting to read manuals, I wanted to read the extended warranty info. That's when I realized they had sold me a THIRD party warranty - even after emphasizing wanting only the actual Nissan product. Here's where the dealership FAILS - TOTALLY!!!. I over-paid taxes. Tyanas sent a refund check a couple weeks later - UNSIGNED. How stupid do you feel after having stood in line at the Bank to be told you have an unsigned, therefore worthless check!? You wonder how something like that can even happen these days - but it does. I called (and wrote emails) to change the warranty ASAP - within a week of purchase. Everyone was going to call me right back and take care of things. After a dozen emails - and several Managers saying they would get right back to me, NOTHING! It has been almost two months - NOTHING. Dustin has called and left a voice mail that my situation would be solved at the end of June - yes June. It's the end of July going on August. NOTHING. I have two lengthy voicemails that detail their mistake - and excuses, but the warranty money has not been refunded or applied to the loan. I have over half-a-dozen emails from Management stating that someone would call me ASAP. In all but one instance, NOTHING. TYNANS has proven to be a total disappointment. Love the truck, wish I had purchased in from a dealership that stands behind their word. More

We went to two different dealerships before w My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins, CO. We went to two different dealerships before we ended up at Tynan's. We were not planning on buying/leasing anything that evening, just shopping around. Well, to keep it short, we drove home in our new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder that same evening. I've been working in the service industry for 20 years, so I have a good understanding of people. We were greeted by Carl Unger right away and the vibe was great right off the bat. He spent hours with up showing us different options and taking multiple test rides to ensure we found what we were looking for. The rest of the team was great as well. They were friendly and relentless on not allowing us to leave without making a deal. Which, we did. We were going to buy and ended up leasing thanks to Carl. He was diligent in showing us all or our options and helping us feel comfortable in making such a big purchase. The rest of the team worked as fast as they could to get everything squared away so we could get home, since we were there hours after close. Great service and great vehicles is all I can say. More
Great Customer Service Tynan's gave great customer service. It was not a high pressure environment and unlike a lot of other dealers, the F and I person did not try to push Tynan's gave great customer service.
