Will Norris was very helpful in arranging my purchase of an older Toyota Camry. We did not want to make a 400 mile roundtrip to see the car without a full and accurate description. The sales associate was very, very rude. The MSRP they had listed on the car was several hundred higher than the msrp listed on kia.com. I'm pretty cynical when it comes to car dealers but this one was great! Everyone was super friendly and Loyd, the salesman, was outstanding. I've always considered the car buying experience to be very stressful, but the crew at this dealership made me feel comfortable and right at home. They also seemed to understand and counter my somewhat warped sense of humor. The only straight-laced member of the crew was the finance guy but he was very friendly and super efficient. What can I say, if I'm going to buy another car in this area, Tynan's is where I'll look first and hope that Lloyd is still around selling cars. More
