I could have lived with the cheaper option, but I did choose the more expensive one because the van is 18 years old and I figured that the steering column was better fixed completely than not. It is now much more responsive, and not as sloppy as before. So, I'm completely satisfied. More

The Works and check for rattle Made an appt. on-line, arrived and was helped by Service Advisor shortly. Took time to listen to our concerns. Looked at fluids. Said all had to be replaced (94,000 miles on car) and spark plugs should be changed too. Price was about $1,000 for all. Was not prepared to have this work done right away, so just had The Works for $39.95. Car was ready when promised. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Will probably check around for comparable prices for work...just seems a little high, but I may be wrong. If so, will have the work done at Ventura Ford. Thank you. More
