Oil Change - the WORKS Ms. Erin Collins (Ventura Ford) is an excellent service manager. She pointed out things, previous service managers missed. For example, I was not tol Ms. Erin Collins (Ventura Ford) is an excellent service manager. She pointed out things, previous service managers missed. For example, I was not told by any previous service manager that the Transmission should be serviced at 30K. Erin caught it. In addition she alerted me that at 60K I need a Differential service. I am glad she did. She also pointed out a few issues with the battery, which I was not aware of. In addition, she recommended a brake job (3-mm left) and coolant flush. It was nice that she made sure that all of these services were performed within a couple of hours and I did not have make multiple trips. Thank you Erin. More
