A Little Disappointed I purchased my 2014 F150 at Green Ford new and as I believe in OEM M&R have always taken here for service... This engagement has me questioning my dec I purchased my 2014 F150 at Green Ford new and as I believe in OEM M&R have always taken here for service... This engagement has me questioning my decision to spend my money here... The young man that helped upon arrival was very enthusiastic and engaging but failed on the execution end of things.... I needed oil change along with tire rotation... Additionally, I asked for a quote for new set of tires and a quote from the body shop for hail damage my truck had received... Upon returning to dealership that evening to settle bill and retrieve my truck, I was informed my tires did not need replacing thus no quote was prepared... I know tires are still good but want to prepare cash fund for when needed... Additionally, no quote for the hail damage was prepared either so I had to take the time to go to the body shop and wait while truck was inspected and quote prepared... I was on a serious time crunch which is why I'd asked for these items to be performed while I was at work and no one was constrained on time or temperament.... Was a good bit disappointed and considering other options for future vehicle needs... I had a relationship with a top tier Ford dealership in past so I know what great customer service is and this, unfortunately, ain't it!! More
