Not a good time at the dealership I did not have the best day at the dealership yesterday. They kept quoting me on a car I said I did not want. Even called me back to store making it s I did not have the best day at the dealership yesterday. They kept quoting me on a car I said I did not want. Even called me back to store making it sound like the car I wanted was good to go just to find out it was the same car they had been quoting me. Since it was a good vehicle and a good deal I compromised and took some features to replace the ones I would not get just to find out that those features weren't on there either and when I tried to let them know I had changed my mind 3 people told me nothing could be done because it was electronically filed(this was before I left the lot). The only good part was the resepshonist and general manager were kind understanding and helped me out. More

Lone my new E350 Dually I was looking for a very specific truck that met my needs. They found a few that met my initial request but of course after doing a little research I I was looking for a very specific truck that met my needs. Friendly, but long wait Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change after being told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. When it was finished the guy said it had b Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change after being told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. When it was finished the guy said it had been done for awhile but he was caught up in some other work so couldn't let me know. While I was waiting someone else was talking about how they waited for 1.5 hours last time they were there for an oil change. Other Ford dealerships I've been to have walked me through the "assessment" at the end. At Green, they just handed me the sheet. Waiting area was nice, staff was very friendly. Also have shuttle service which is convenient. Looking back I would've used it had I known it would take as long as it did. I'd recommend this place if you've got time to wait. More
