She was the most conscientious & hel My mother & I went to Green ford in Peoria to buy a truck. We were greeted by a salesperson named Tina Goodwin. She was the most conscientious & helpful car salesperson we have come across on this journey that was find a truck. She answered all of our questions, showed us what we wanted to look at, not what they thought we should look at. Like the other dealerships did. She treated us like family, gave us a great deal & we got a truck even better than we'd hoped for. She will get all of our business from here on out. She's an asset to Green Ford. Thanks Tina!!! More

Instead of being knowledgable and respectful, the salesman did everything he could to keep me at his desk until I signed a paper. They had appraised my car, and I asked multiple times to have my keys back so I could leave. He was not complying. I explained that if I wasn't out of there in 5 minutes, I was never coming back again. He didn't care -- he just wanted to fill his end-of-month quota. I can say with absolute confidence that I'll never step foot in that place again. More

He told me 4 days after Christmas my 2012 Ford Focus won't start. I called Finish Line told him what I had,expecting to hear bad news and a big bill. He told me no it might be a TCM and thats covered on a Ford warranty program. He was right the repair cost me nothing. Thats why it pays to call the dealership for repairs. Hats off to Finish Lines Service Dept. More

Would not provide a carfax report, swore up and down the car was sound and in fine running condition. Had the clutches replaced with only 20,00 miles on it. Refusing to correct the problem; going to end up eating the cost of a new transmission. Would love to set the car on fire in their parking lot... More

I traded in my 2003 dodge Dakota for a 2005 dodge Ram 1500. I bought the truck in the evening after dinner, attempted to drive it straight down the interstate to my home. It broke down in a road constr 1500. I bought the truck in the evening after dinner, attempted to drive it straight down the interstate to my home. It broke down in a road construction area several miles from my home. A police office had to park behind the truck to protect us from being hit because we couldn't get off the side of the road due to construction. The office and I stood on the upper side of the ditch to avoid being hit. We towed the vehicle to a local parking lot. It was then towed to a dealership in Morton for repair. After a week of being jerked around by Finish Line Ford, I was told that the vehicle that never made it to my drive was shot and the engine was blown. $5,100 to fix, then Finish Line Ford refused to take my calls. When I went to the dealership after now being without a vehicle for a week and being jerked around, I am being told it isn't their issue. I WOULD TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE........AND I PLAN TO......RUN LIKE xxxx AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
