She was the most conscientious & hel My mother & I went to Green ford in Peoria to buy a truck. We were greeted by a salesperson named Tina Goodwin. She was the most conscientious & helpful car salesperson we have come across on this journey that was find a truck. She answered all of our questions, showed us what we wanted to look at, not what they thought we should look at. Like the other dealerships did. She treated us like family, gave us a great deal & we got a truck even better than we'd hoped for. She will get all of our business from here on out. She's an asset to Green Ford. Thanks Tina!!! More
Poor customer service - after sale you'll be ignored Bought truck, drove home to find out it had a bad motor the next day! Was told to use my warranty. Nothing but disrespect Treated me like I was nothing more than a sale. I made it very clear that I was not ready to buy a car that day. Instead of being knowledgable and respectful, the salesman did everything he could to keep me at his desk until I signed a paper. They had appraised my car, and I asked multiple times to have my keys back so I could leave. He was not complying. I explained that if I wasn't out of there in 5 minutes, I was never coming back again. He didn't care -- he just wanted to fill his end-of-month quota. I can say with absolute confidence that I'll never step foot in that place again. More
Car don't run 4 days after Christmas 4 days after Christmas my 2012 Ford Focus won't start. I called Finish Line told him what I had,expecting to hear bad news and a big bill. He told me 4 days after Christmas my 2012 Ford Focus won't start. I called Finish Line told him what I had,expecting to hear bad news and a big bill. He told me no it might be a TCM and thats covered on a Ford warranty program. He was right the repair cost me nothing. Thats why it pays to call the dealership for repairs. Hats off to Finish Lines Service Dept. More
