Poor customer service I dropped my car off on a Friday morning (I had a scheduled appointment). I didn't hear anything at all on Friday so I called Saturday. The service department was already closed so I had to wait until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Tuesday morning I received a call and my car hadn't even been looked at (on Friday or Saturday). They provided a solution to fix my car, although I'm not sure it's the right one as I think there is still something wrong with my car and they were just trying to avoid having something covered under warranty. More

These are the reasons why: I was told the vehicle price was $1,000. More than what the car was advertised for on your website. Secondly, I was given two keys to the car, only to find out one was for a different vehicle. When I returned the key I was told the salesman did not give me two keys, implying that I was not being truthful. I was also told repeatedly that the dealership was losing money on the sale of the car. The car was not cleaned or detailed before I took possession of it ( I took it back later and this was done). The salesperson did not go over details or operations of the car with me and had a nearly empty gas tank. The salesperson was pleasant, but i just had an unsettled feeling about the experience. More

Long wait, poor quality The dealers a little pricier than Lube Stop, but I figured they should be pros with a Ford car and thought the free car wash was worth it. I showed up on time for my appointment. My car than sat for 20 minutes at the entrance of the garage with no one working on it. After about an hour and a half for a normal oil change, I was told it was ready. The rep then tried to encourage that I leave a positive review and not mention the extremely long wait. Upon arriving at my car outside, there was crud and soap xxxx all over the windshield and hood of the car. Trust me, the car wash isn't worth it. Soon after being serviced, I was driving my car and the low tire pressure indicator light popped on. I had to pull over in a storm to add air to my tires. Instead of the cars recommended 33 psi, both tires on the drivers side had 23 psi. Clearly whoever adjusted air pressure on the drivers side wasn't paying attention. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll get quicker and better service at Lube Stop and pay for a car wash elsewhere. Not sure who I directly worked with at the service shop. More

I can go there alone without him and I always feel comfortable. The best part about our experience with Green Ford is of course John Mabee! It's always a pleasure to deal with him and we know he's looking out for us when we're are in the market for either a used or new car. I recently just purchased a brand new Ford Fusion and the process was simple and relaxing. He didn't pressure me into a new car and during the process he went over all the specs of the car since I haven't had a new one in over ten years! I highly recommend John to anyone looking for either a used or new car he's an awesome salesman looking out for your best interest! More

Just want to add that I'm a single female and it was just me and my four year old who went. Told the guy that i needed my payments to be 250 or less and some how was convinced to buy a Ford focus 2017 . payments are 325 . I'm complaining because i recently went and found out that my car is only worth 13500 yet I paid 24000 still oweing on it 21000 . I'm beyond upset that i was clearly naive and got taken advantage of by some guy just wanting to make a sale! I was told I over paid for the vehicle by another Ford dealership! Now I'm stuck with something that is too small and I can't afford and there isn't a thing I can do about it! So thank you green Ford for taking advantage of a me and my grandmother! I'll be making sure I pass this info on to everyone I know and don't know ! I'm very upset . I have a baby on the way and am stuck with a vechile thatsvtoo small! Bob answered every question my wife and I had about the vehicle and was very pleasant to work with. He made the car buying experience "GREAT".
