Brandi we are sorry you feel this way. Based on the paperwork here you paid $17504, you traded a 02 Pontiac Sunfire valued at $300, so $17204 plus taxes $1087, title, license, and doc fee $390, you chose to add Gap insurance $800 and a service contract $3300, which gets you to a total amount financed $22781 not $24000. It appears that one of your family members was with you to purchase the vehicle as they are also on the loan. The black book value on your 2016 Focus Titanium is $15500, the NADA book value is $15300. The service contract and gap plus the tax, title, license, and doc fess were $5577. $15300 plus $5577 is the difference. The service contract and gap are both cancellable items that if you were to cancel them they go to pay down the loan. Gap we recommend to all customers that are not putting any money down on the purchase of the vehicle. The Focus brand new had the MSRP of $25,635, you purchased it with only 12500 miles on the vehicle less than 8 months ago. We are sorry you were misinformed at another dealership about your purchase.
