Such a scam! Ford of Orange what a scam! I have been looking for a new mustang for my son's first car and visited this dealerships website and immediately after I Ford of Orange what a scam! I have been looking for a new mustang for my son's first car and visited this dealerships website and immediately after I pushed new inventory a huge pop up saying about a 'free $25 gift card with Test Drive' appeared on the screen. I decided to fill it out and made sure I followed all steps and printed out all documentation before I went there. I talked to a salesman at the dealership about the new mustangs and told him that I was just looking for my son and that I had these documents saying that I would receive a $25 gift card. Then I asked him if he knew what the rebates were which he wasn't sure but promised he would let me know after the test drive. After the test drive I again asked if he could check with a manager which he never did and then I told him about the $25 gift card. He proceeded to act 'dumb' and wasn't sure what I was talking about. I then asked to talk to a manager which told me that they would have to apply for the gift cards and that they would have to mail me one. So I asked again for the manager that knew about the gift cards and he replied he is not in the office at this time. Then his next response was that this dealership has nothing to do with the gift cards and I replied what a scam and that you will definitely be hearing from me. More
When financing our 2014 Ford Mustang Coupe, we specifically asked for financing through Ford Credit since we have financed many Fords & Lincolns through them over the years, HOWEVER, AFTER we left specifically asked for financing through Ford Credit since we have financed many Fords & Lincolns through them over the years, HOWEVER, AFTER we left the dealership, they decided to go through Capital One instead....When we called to try to get them to change the financing, they said it was too late and they would not be willing to change anything.....So, basically, they figured they got our money and were pretty much done with us.....The sales staff and the mgrs. and finance officers were REALLY NICE to us before the deal, but afterwards......horrible. I absolutely would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone...not even my worst friend... More
I had (by far) the smoothest buying experiance ever. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. What really sold me on the dealership however is what I saw while waiting for my tr truck was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. I was anxious to get in my new truck for its first drive home so I peeked around the corner of the back lot to see if it was finished being washed and fueled up. I was a little surprised to see the service manager, Bob wiping my truck down himself! It was that attention to detail and pride in the product that will keep me coming back to Ford of Orange. More
Bought a certified Ford vehicle here. Got a pretty good price after a lot of haggling and was satisfied with the people and purchase. However, as soon as the papers were signed they no longer cared about m price after a lot of haggling and was satisfied with the people and purchase. However, as soon as the papers were signed they no longer cared about my purchase. They didn't activate the satellite radio even after numerous calls/emails, the vehicle was missing the license plate mounts, and it's been in and out of service since purchase due to issues with the vehicle. Some of which the other dealer I am taking it to now are saying was because of incompetent technicians at Ford of Orange. Overall, I would not recommend this dealer because of their lack of care/commitment following a sale, and the issues I have been having that shouldn't be on a 26k certified vehicle. This place may advertise low prices, but at this point I'd have rather went elsewhere and paid more for a better experience. Also, I'm now stuck with buying the plate mounts and activating the radio services which were even on the window sticker as included. More
I haven't bought a new car in a while. I detest the typical car buying experience. On this occasion I dealt with Mr. Pratt and could not have been more satisfied. He didn't try to upsale me and we agreed on a price. There were no trips to the "managers office" or other games like that. He found a car and while it was being delivered we did the paperwork. Guess what? No surprises. Everything was as we agreed with no "problems" that turn up later that cost you more money. There was not a single sales trick pulled, which I appreciate as I have no tolerance for the usual game. If you are in the market for a Ford or Mazda, I would definitely recommend Mr. Pratt. Best salesman I have ever worked with. More
