I went in just to purchase a fuse last week for my truck. The service manager (shawn?) pulled the truck in a replaced the fuse for me no questions asked. I had no appointment and did not expect such great service for a $2 fuse. He was kind and personable and I appreciated him going the extra mile. We bought this truck used three months ago at another dealer, although we have bought multiple cars at Londonderry. From now on we stick with Londonderry! Thank you for going the extra mile. More

Everyone was very nice and seemed to really care and this was for a $2 fuse. We did not purchase the truck 3 mo ago in Londonderry but have purchased other vehicles there. (Used was not available for what we needed in Londonderry). Based on this service experience my next vehicle will definitely come from Londonderry Ford as the service far surpasses other dealers. Just completed my 83,000 service. I set the appointment and waited in the lobby. The process was simple. Customer Service (Wanda) was upbeat. The coffee was excellent. The waiting room had decent internet service so I could get office work done. The team got my car all serviced and gave me a heads up that probably by the end of the year I'll need new front brakes. No fuss, easy... good coffee... While I hesitate to say it... it almost bordered on fun (not quite, though...that would be overkill!). Anyway, these guys have figured out how to deliver top flight customer and car service. If you like hassle free...this is the place to go! More
I've always been leery of dealership service departments. I've had bad experiences with them trying to upcharge my wife for work not needed. This happened to me recently where I was told my F450 needed upper I've had bad experiences with them trying to upcharge my wife for work not needed. This happened to me recently where I was told my F450 needed upper & lower ball joints and a drag link, sleeve RF tie rod. Totaling over $1450, I was in to have 6 new tires mounted, an oil and filter change and a state inspection. I passed on the front end work and took the truck to my regular mechanic for the inspection. He noticed when plugging the truck in for the inspection that it had been failed prior. I told him of my experience at Ford of Londonderry and he said the front end was tight with no need for any work. The truck passed inspection. Thanks to Ford of Londonderry I will no longer trust dealership service departments. More

My partner (a Chevy Girl has a Z-06 age 75) Based on a Ford Ranger we recently rented in Arizona, Nevada, she just ordered a new Ranger Lariat from Jeff at Ford of Londonderry. I was quite surprised as she has always driven a Chevy. Mike will continue to be our tech of choice. When he retires, Frankie will take his place. The best people and the best Dealership. I have had at least 10 new Fords over my lifetime of 75 years. Including a 35 year career in the custom building industry. If I could afford it, I would have a new one right now.
