Brought my F150 for check engine light and fan running. Paid 2k to have fixed. They told me it would be done in a day. I never got an update call and I never got called when truck was done. After payin Paid 2k to have fixed. They told me it would be done in a day. I never got an update call and I never got called when truck was done. After paying 2k Check engine light still NOT fix, auto staters not working and the Engine auto shut off at Stops doesn’t work after he told me what they did would resolve these issues. I went back and they want to charge me another $2400 to replace Cat converter which was on the code reading originally. I said xxxx NO. Then service guy says I’ll send it to another guy go fix it. He says my cost $750. Leave it and I’ll send it. Then he comes back tells me to go myself instead. Well then I find out he was charging me more for the repairs that should have been done originally and then the other guy was charging me Ty o fix what they couldn’t. I’ll NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone and will make sure everyone knows they sell me on things and couldn’t fix issues but wanted to over charge me again. Given this dealership’s service department one star is over what I would call honest worthy experience well done quality work by any means. Never again will I come back after spending 2k and an unsatisfactory unfinished service experience. Best part is the guy was selling me that what they charged in work was to prevent my engine to blow. Seriously!! Unbelievable. Zero rating and service More
Will not bring a vehicle here again. I brought my 2019 Lincoln MKZ in due to knocking/noise coming from engine. Initially told oil was not full - they changed the oil and charged me. Noi I brought my 2019 Lincoln MKZ in due to knocking/noise coming from engine. Initially told oil was not full - they changed the oil and charged me. Noise remained, got louder. Brought back, service mgr. said bad flexplate - covered under special warranty. He said he was surprised the tech didn’t catch it. Waited a week for torque converter to arrive, then told to drop off on Tuesday and they would fix the car on Wednesday. I called on Thursday to check on status, they said it would be done Friday. They called on Friday to say seals needed 24 hours to cure, so it would be ready on Monday. They called Monday saying it needed another part and would be done by noon on Tuesday. They called at 2:00 on Tuesday to say it was out for test drive and they would call back in 20-30 mins. I called an hour later and was told the test driver was in a meeting with the keys. 30 mins later, they called and said it was done. Went to pick it up and the drivers door interior was filthy - grime on door handle and boot marks all over it. I was also told they’d provide a loaner, but at time of repair told they had none available for a week. More
Asked for several repairs to get car to pass State inspection, alignment, subframe adjustment, and correction of “Service AdvanceTrac” warning. Cost estimation was unreliable; failed to provide a writ inspection, alignment, subframe adjustment, and correction of “Service AdvanceTrac” warning. Cost estimation was unreliable; failed to provide a written estimate, original oral estimate of $800 grew to oral estimate of $1200. Asked to pick up car two weeks later and bill was $1450. Inspection sticker was absent. Service agent explained that inspection was performed but the car didn’t pass because the “Service AdvanceTrac” was on. Couldn’t correct warning light because it needed alignment and alignment couldn’t be performed because jam nut and tie rods were too rusty. No evidence was available to demonstrate that alignment or inspection were attempted. They recommended that we spend another $1000 to replace tie rods and fix rear toe adjustment bolt that was broken, and maybe that correct warning light, but no guarantee. Took car home and found that they had sheared adjustment bolt themselves, applying impact wrench without penetrating oil -common sense mechanics. Was assured that if alignment parts were fixed elsewhere, they would perform alignment without charging us again. They did adjust the subframe that we had botched when we replaced it at home. Owners of older cars need to understand the cost of repairs versus the advantage of trading up. And dealer should make clear when repairs are to be completed at a fixed price versus a time and materials basis with no guarantee of successful completion. We’re left with the decision to litigate small claim or walk away, never to return. Sorry for the negative review, but hopefully both the customer and the dealer will learn something. More

Some service advisors need to learn to do what they say they will. Meaning if they tell you they will check and call back. That should be in a timely manner and not almost a day later. If they say the have they will. Meaning if they tell you they will check and call back. That should be in a timely manner and not almost a day later. If they say the have the part in stock and can “do it tomorrow”, the expectation is it would also be done that day, not the next day evening. Customer support communication training is needed. More
Getting oil change rear passenger door was damaged. Dealer repaired. For unknown reason. Dash camera was disconnected and wires removed from under trim. No answer why this was done. Trailer hitch remov Dealer repaired. For unknown reason. Dash camera was disconnected and wires removed from under trim. No answer why this was done. Trailer hitch removed. Maybe for pain purposes?? Absolutely no reason to disconnect and remove dash camera from inside the cab while work was done on rear passenger door exterior. No work needed to be done on the interior. I will need to perform an inspection on the rest of the interior of my truck and maybe under the vehicle as well. I will be bringing my vehicle to another shop to life the vehicle to check the undercarriage. I do not feel comfortable dealing with this dealership anymore. I called the dealership the next day to ask why the above was done and left a voicemail and did not get a call back. All in all. Disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. More
