I work for a Non Profit Organization and I had contacted Jeff Brunini their Internet Manager in regards to a Passenger Van that my company had been looking for. My company had a really tight budget to work with and Jeff had told me that they would go out and find me the vehicle that I needed in my price range. No other dealer would bother dealing with me when I told them that what I was looking for and my budget. They all played "old school" sales games and tried to get me into a vehicle that I could not afford. When I came in to meet with Jeff, he took me out on a test drive and went over all of the features and options on the vehicle. When we came back in, the Owner Jim McGovern sat down with us and said hello. I have never been into a car dealership where the Owner came over and said hello and wanted to make sure that my experience was the best it could have been. Needless to say, I got a great deal but even better service. I recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone that is out there looking for a vehicle. This dealership proved to me that they are there to help the customer and will go above any beyond to make the customer satisfied. Make sure you go in and ask for Jeff Brunini. He sure is one of a kind. More
I found the vehicle I wanted on AutoTrader.com and it was listed at Ford of Londonderry. I spoke with Crystal, who set up an appointment with Salesman Tom Doyle. We arrived at the dealership and chatted wit listed at Ford of Londonderry. I spoke with Crystal, who set up an appointment with Salesman Tom Doyle. We arrived at the dealership and chatted with a couple of gentlemen who were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed to the Dealership. We later discovered that one of them was the actual owner of the Dealership, who likes to meeet people who come in. We then met with Tom and test drove the vehicle, which we were very impressed with it. Chuck in the Finance Department worked for three days to get me financed and Tom had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me to pick up just after Christmas. When we arrived to pick it up, Tom was with a customer and one of the other salesmen there gave us a seat until Tom was ready. Several salesmen chatted with us while we waited. We traded my vehicle in for the purchase. I discovered the next day I had left one of my favorite CD's in the traded car. When I called to find out if I could get it back, I was told Tom had found it and had already put it in the mail. My experience with this Dealership from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. It was well worth the trip from Kennebunk, Maine to Londonderry, NH. We will most certainly buy from them again and encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to start here! I did an online search for a brand new ford f-150. Jeff got back to my inquiry right away with a price that I had requested. Ford of Londonderry's price beat everyone else's. I compared to everyone and no one could touch their price. That showed me that they were serious about earning my business. Jeff set up an appointment for me to come in. He told me that he would have the F-150 pulled upfront and ready for when I arrived. When I pulled into the dealership, the F-150 was running and waiting for me. Jeff greeted me promptly and had one of the Salesman Al Finnegan show me the truck and took me for a test drive. Al answered all of my questions about the F-150. He knew about the F-150 very well. I took my truck home that same day. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Very prompt, courteous and professional. This is not your typical dealer. Best car buying experience I have had in my 20 some odd years of buying vehicles. Good Job!! More
This was the best dealership experience I've had in recent memory. Jeff Brunini, the public relations director, arranged a test drive for the day following my request, and Dennis Cousins, my salesman, recent memory. Jeff Brunini, the public relations director, arranged a test drive for the day following my request, and Dennis Cousins, my salesman, spent almost two hours for the test drive post-drive explanation of the Taurus SHO's features back at the dealership. Dennis knew this vehicle inside out, including all the complexities of the SYNC system and other computer functions. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Best of all, the sales manager overheard me telling Dennis that I worked for HP. He called me the next day to tell me that Ford and HP and a Business-to-Business arrangement that allowed me to acquire the vehicle at dealer invoice - a huge savings. He also found a vehicle equipped to my specifications had it delivered the following day. The entire acquisition process was quick, efficient, and entirely stress-free. To summarize, this was the best automobile acquistition experience I've had in the 40 years I've been driving cars. I could not recommmend the staff at Ford of Londonderry more enthusiastically. More
During negotiations for the purchase of a used truck, the sales manager informed me that the truck was not the price advertised online, on the sticker, and in writing by the salesman. I believe it to be extreemly poor business practice to advertise one price consistantly, and then suddenly change it as the consumer is about to purchase. As well as not honoring prices as advertised. More

I had been corresponding with an internet person, who was very courteous. They gave me the pricing up front, found me the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. I set up an appointment to come in, the vehicle was pulled out front and ready for me. I was greeted with a smile and a great deal of profesionalism. Matt is a very low pressure sales person, with an optimistic attitude. The pricing that was given to via the internet was the same as when I came in. I really appreciated them being upfront and honest and informing me of all of my options. Matt went around the vehicle and pointed out every feature and benefit. He took an extra half hour out of his day to set up my SYNC for me and also set up my first service appt. He was an awesome sales person and I reccommend this dealership to any and every one. Buying my SUV from Ford of Londonderry, NH, was a mistake. The salesperson lied to me about smoke smell being in the car. He was a smoker and blamed it on that and I fell for it and bought the SUV. It still lingers a bit and while I entertained the idea of some kind of legal action I decided that I'd live with it and hope that the smell goes away on its own because I was just exhausted from driving back and forth to Londonderry and didn't want to deal with them any longer. They did work to get the smell out but I had to drive the truck from Worcester to their dealership multiple times to get it worked on (cleaned) which drove up the mileage on my odometer and cost me a ton of money in gas. While they supplied a rental car free of charge I had to pay for insurance or use my own. I opted to just use my own coverage. Low and behold the rental car was damaged and I had to buy an approximate $1,500 door. I was told that they'd take care of the gas in the rental cars after my SUV was in the shop a couple of times. But the last time it was in service they charged my credit card for the gas anyway and didn't refund that money and that was AFTER I had to pay for the rental car door to be fixed. You'd think at that point they'd be bending over backwards to try to save me as a future customer. They logged my name wrong in my warranty. They didn't tell me about any deductible options when I bought my extended warranty so now I have a $100 fee every time I need to get the SUV fixed. And on my warranty they added a note that basically said "WARNING: TRUCK MAY NOT NEED REPAIR IF BROUGHT IN" or something of that nature. It seems that they are basically warning other dealerships that I'm a problem when I haven't done anything wrong but expect what I paid for. It's not like I bought a shirt that didn't quite fit right but rather, will spend thousands of hard-earned money on an SUV that came with a bad battery (that they did replace after I told them that if they didn't I would take it to another mechanic for testing), 2 front power windows that were extremely slow until they were worked on, and one of the windows had to be replaced because of a bad popping noise that they had to work on 2 different times (2 different trips up there from Worcester). As an added bonus they tried to get me into a very high interest rate loan until I mentioned that I was going to go to my own bank then all the sudden, as I was about to walk out the door, they gave me the rate I wanted because another bank ok'd it at the last minute. I felt like I was living in a car buying nightmare cliche. I personally would never use this dealer again nor would I recommend anyone else do it. Fact was however that they sold me an SUV that had some issues and instead of going up and beyond to perhaps lose a couple of dollars, but save me as a customer and prevent any bad reviews, they chose to just treat me badly. Within the bad treatment there were moments when I thought they were being sincere and caring but in the end, my opinion is that they didn't care. More
